
How do I return an item?
Here is everything you need to know, should you need to return a product to Nature's Wild Bird Food.
Your purchase may be returned within 30 days of the original receipt. You will receive your complete money back on unopened items only To
return a product, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number by contacting us. We use this RMA number to track down your
order and verify your information. We cannot accept unauthorized Your
original shipping charge will only be refunded for an item sent to you
in error, a defective item, or an order damaged in shipping. This
refund will automatically be credited once we receive and inspect the
item. If only a portion of your order is returned, the refund for
shipping costs will be prorated. .
30 Day Returns Policy. Your purchase may be returned within 30 days of the original receipt to receive for your complete money back. To return a product, please obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting us. We use this RMA number to track down your order and verify your information. We can not accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. Deliveries lacking a valid RMA number will be refused and returned to sender. Live Meal worms/ Live wax worms Replacement. We guarantee live meal worms if your order of live worms are DOA, we will gladly send you a replacement at no charge. Terms: For a (one time) free replacement you must notify us by phone or E-mail within 2days of your delivery date. Orders Damaged in Shipping. On the rare occasion that you receive a product from us was damaged in transit, we will replace the product at no charge to you. Please refuse shipment and tell the carrier that you are refusing delivery because the package is damaged. Then contact us to inform us of the situation. If you are not present at the time of delivery and cannot refuse shipment, please contact us to make arrangements for returning the damaged item(s). Defective Returns. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for defective returns can only be issued for exchange, at our discretion, within 15 days from date of original shipment.
Following return and inspection, any product found to be non-defective is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees on non-defective items are not refundable. Order Cancellations. If for any reason you decide to cancel an order please contact us same day. If your order has not yet shipped, we can usually cancel the order upon notification.
If your order has already been shipped it may not be eligible for cancellation. If the cancellation request is received after an item has shipped, Nature's Wild Bird Food will gladly accept a return consistent with our non-defective return policy. However, no refunds are available for shipping and handling fees and customer bears sole responsibility for all return shipping costs.
Please note that Nature's Wild Bird Food reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for all order cancellations received after an item has shipped. Credits. Credits can only be issued after product is received, inspected and processed by Nature's Wild Bird Food. Please note that after a credit has been issued by Nature's Wild Bird Food, your financial institution controls when the credit will be reflected on your statement.
